Personal data are processed for the purposes for which they were provided, including: identification of the Visitor of the site, registration in the self-service system (personal account), establishing feedback, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the provision of services, processing requests and applications from the Visitor of the site, determining the location of the Visitor of the site to ensure security, fraud prevention, for other purposes in accordance with the accepted Offer of the Seller, posted in MadleCo (one of the parties to the Public Offer is a party to the Offer).
Composition and receipt of Customers’ personal data
Personal data collected and processed by MadleCo include: personal data (surname, first name); residential address; e-mail address; contact phone number, as well as information provided by the User himself/herself when registering in the personal account, when placing an order in the online store or in the process of using the Website.
Consent to the processing of personal data shall be deemed to be given by marking on the Site in the appropriate form the consent to the processing of personal data to the extent, for the purposes and in the manner provided for in the text proposed before the consent is obtained for familiarization.
Processing and storage of Clients’ personal data
Clients’ consent to the processing of personal data is not required, as the processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of execution of the Public offer, one of the parties of which is the subject of personal data – the Client.
Protection of personal data of Customers from unauthorized access
MadleCo shall, when processing Clients’ personal data, take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions.
For effective protection of Clients’ personal data it is necessary to:
- Observe the procedure for obtaining, recording and storing Customers’ personal data;
- Apply technical means of security and alarm systems;
- To conclude with all employees related to the receipt, processing and protection of the Customer’s personal data an Agreement on non-disclosure of the Customer’s personal data;
- To bring to disciplinary responsibility the employees guilty in violation of the norms regulating the receipt, processing and protection of the Customer’s personal data. Client’s rights
The Client has the right to:
- access to information about himself/herself, including information containing information confirming the fact of personal data processing, as well as the purpose of such processing; methods of personal data processing applied by MadleCo; information about persons who have access to personal data or who may be granted such access; list of processed personal data and the source of their receipt, terms of personal data processing, including the terms of their storage; information about what legal consequences for the Client may entail the processing of his/her personal data
- determination of forms and methods of processing of his/her personal data; limitation of methods and forms of personal data processing; prohibition to disseminate personal data without his/her consent; change, clarification, destruction of information about himself/herself.
The Customer may change and/or clarify his/her personal data by making changes to the personal data in his/her personal cabinet on MadleCo website, through the feedback form.
Confidentiality of Clients’ personal data
- Information about personal data of Customers is confidential.
- MadleCo shall ensure the confidentiality of personal data and shall not allow their distribution to third parties without the Clients’ consent or other legal basis.
- Persons who have access to the Clients’ personal data shall be obliged to observe the confidentiality regime and shall be warned of the need to observe the secrecy regime. In connection with the confidentiality regime of personal information, appropriate security measures shall be provided to protect the data from accidental or unauthorized destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access to them, modification or dissemination.
